Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring timely handling of litigation matters, particularly criminal cases relating to FIA, NAB, etc.
Providing continuous supervision of recovery and settlement matters.
Managing court representation and ongoing legal support to business and recovery functions across the Bank.
Liaising with local administration and law enforcement agencies.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infected portfolio.
Staying updated with regulatory changes and amending policies accordingly.
Collaborating with internal teams such as Risk Management, IT, Legal, Business and Operations to achieve goals related to infected portfolio recovery.
Maintaining knowledge of recovery procedures and applicable regulations.
Identifying and proposing opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Performing any other task assigned by the Management.
