Every year, hundreds of thousands of graduates step into Pakistan's job market, and far too many of them are held back by a single, fixable problem: they simply don't know where the opportunities are. TalashPortal exists to close that gap. One honest place. Every genuine Government and Private vacancy. No clutter, no scams, no paywalls.
This isn't a content farm. It's a small, deliberate effort with one goal: to help reduce unemployment in Pakistan, one applicant at a time, if that's what it takes.

My name is Rehmat Ullah, and I built this portal myself. I didn't start it as a business. I started it out of frustration. I kept watching capable friends, cousins, and people from my own town fall behind for one reason only: nobody told them a vacancy had opened until it was already too late.
An FPSC deadline would slip by, buried on page three of some newspaper. An NJP posting would sit three clicks deep on a government site nobody visits. A private company would advertise somewhere a student from a small town simply can't reach. The jobs existed. The people existed. They just never met, and someone qualified lost their shot.
TalashPortal is my attempt to make that a little less unfair. I verify sources myself, I write the scrapers, I clean out expired listings, and I try to make sure that whatever you see here is worth trusting. It's a one-person effort, so I'll miss things sometimes, but the intent is honest: if even one person finds their career through this site, the work was worth it.
Our Mission
Unemployment in Pakistan is a structural problem, but a large part of it comes down to something simpler: an information gap. The talent is here. The jobs are here. They just don't find each other. TalashPortal closes that gap: we collect opportunities from reliable sources, present them in plain language, and link every vacancy to a direct application path, so whether you're in Islamabad or a remote tehsil, you see the same information at the same time.

Our Editorial Standards
Every listing on this site shows where it came from. We don't accept paid placements. If a job is here, it's because it was genuinely advertised somewhere, not because someone paid to be featured. Once a deadline passes, our system automatically marks the job as Expired, so nobody wastes their time applying to a role that's already closed.
What We Are Not
TalashPortal is not affiliated with any government body, ministry, or hiring authority. We don't forward CVs, we don't arrange interviews, and we never charge a fee from anyone. Our role is simple: to put genuine information in front of you. Your actual application should always go through the official channel (FPSC, NTS, the employer's own website, and so on).
Beware of scams: No legitimate employer ever asks for money in exchange for a job, an interview, or an appointment letter. If you come across that, please report it to us.
