Manages corporate legal affairs, prosecution, and litigation matters on behalf of SECP.

Education Required:
Educational Degree: LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university.
Preferred Background: Candidates holding Bar at Law (after LL.B) or an LL.M with experience in regulatory bodies, corporate litigation, and practice will be given preference.
Experience Required
Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution.
High Court Practice: Must include at least 1 year of active practice as an Advocate of the High Court.
