Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Conduct field-level monitoring and evaluation of partner schools across designated districts in Punjab.

  • Assess school quality, student attendance, and administrative compliance.

  • Prepare detailed field reports, data entries, and verification statements.

  • Travel extensively within hard areas and assigned tehsils as per operational needs.

  • Possess good IT experience and data handling capabilities.

Terms & Conditions

  • Domicile: Candidates must possess a valid domicile of Punjab and are only eligible to apply for their respective district.

  • Vehicle Requirement: Must possess a valid motorcycle license. (If using someone else's motorcycle, an affidavit permission on stamp paper from the owner is required).

  • Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work in hard/remote areas.

  • Ex-Servicemen Requirements: LPR holders from Armed Forces must submit NOC. Diploma holders (DAE/Training) must provide an equivalence certificate of Intermediate from IBCC.

  • Ineligibility: Persons convicted by any court or dismissed from Armed Forces/Government jobs are ineligible.

  • Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials (Matric to highest degree, equivalence certificates, etc.)

  • Attested experience certificates (if any)
