Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Chief Internal Auditor Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or another relevant professional qualification recognized by the relevant authority. The candidate should also be a professional accountant with a qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/institution. Deputy Manager Gender & Development Candidates should have a Master's degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Experience Profile
Chief Internal Auditor Minimum 15 years of professional experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, or related areas. Experience in internal control systems, risk management, governance, and compliance is relevant. Experience with internal audit practices and professional standards is preferred. Deputy Manager Gender & Development Minimum 8 years of professional experience. At least 5 years of experience specifically focused on gender mainstreaming. Experience in gender integration in development projects and programs. Knowledge of gender frameworks, policies, safeguards, and development partner requirements is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Chief Internal Auditor
The Chief Internal Auditor will be responsible for:
Reviewing and evaluating internal audit systems and processes.
Assessing governance, risk management, and internal control systems.
Providing assurance and advisory services to management.
Conducting risk-based internal audits.
Identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements.
Supporting compliance with applicable laws, policies, and professional standards.
Reviewing financial and operational processes.
Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to relevant authorities.
Supporting the Audit & Finance Committee and Board-related audit requirements.
Deputy Manager Gender & Development
The Deputy Manager Gender & Development will be responsible for:
Supporting the development and implementation of gender and development policies.
Mainstreaming gender considerations into projects and programs.
Ensuring effective integration of gender safeguards throughout the project cycle.
Supporting gender-sensitive planning and implementation.
Working with stakeholders and development partners on gender-related initiatives.
Monitoring gender-related outcomes and reporting progress.
Supporting gender-responsive approaches in disaster risk management and development projects.
Ensuring compliance with relevant international development partner frameworks.
