Deputy Director (Engineering Works) BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent. Must be a PEC Registered Professional Engineer. Assistant Director Works Master's or Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination Master's in: Management Sciences Business Administration (MBA) Public Administration Supply Chain Management Related field Assistant Director Testing & Assessment Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Public Policy Economics Social Sciences Education Related field Assistant Director (Litigation) Bachelor's in Law / LLB / LLM (16 years of education). Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university/institute.

Experience Profile

Deputy Director (Engineering Works): Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience. Assistant Director Works: Minimum 05 years experience. Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination: Minimum 03–05 years relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or related areas. Assistant Director Testing & Assessment: Minimum 05 years experience in a related field. Assistant Director (Litigation): Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience.

Job Responsibilities

Deputy Director (Engineering Works)

  • Handle construction and project execution activities.

  • Manage technical sanctions and public-sector development projects.

  • Oversee contract administration and infrastructure development.

  • Apply knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC, and project management tools.

Assistant Director Works

  • Manage civil works and infrastructure projects.

  • Handle housing and real estate management activities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Deal with real estate laws and regulations.

  • Manage large-scale housing schemes/projects.

Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain operations.

  • Manage procurement, vendor management, and coordination.

  • Supervise administrative and establishment matters.

  • Handle office management and procurement activities.

  • Support implementation of organizational policies.

  • Prepare reports, SOPs, and administrative documents.

Assistant Director Testing & Assessment

  • Assist in recruitment projects and testing systems.

  • Modernize and improve testing systems.

  • Help ensure efficient and reliable testing services.

  • Maintain security, transparency, and confidentiality of candidate and test data.

Assistant Director (Litigation)

  • Provide legal opinions and guidance.

  • Represent the organization in courts and tribunals.

  • Prepare and vet legal documents and contracts.

  • Handle construction contracts, PPRA, FIDIC, and other legal matters.

  • Liaise with government legal departments.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
