The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, has announced 14 internship opportunities under the project "Collaboration of Pakistan Railways with Different Academic Institutions (Triple Helix Model)". Fresh graduates possessing 16 years of education are encouraged to apply for the position of Internee – Passenger Facilitation Center.
Selected interns will be posted at Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore, Pakistan Railways DS Office, Karachi, or Pakistan Railways DS Office, Rawalpindi, where they will assist passengers, support railway operations, coordinate official activities, and contribute to improving customer services.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for young graduates to gain practical experience in public sector operations, customer service, communication, and administrative management.

Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Applicants must possess: Minimum 16 years of education BA (English) BS Computer Science BS Information Technology (IT) BBA B.Com BS Mass Communication Or any other relevant discipline Degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Experience Profile
Selected interns will be responsible for: Handle and operate Passenger Facilitation Centers. Develop and present daily operational reports to the Customer Experience Team (CRM). Provide customers with railway information and travel guidance. Support official meetings, conferences, and events. Assist in improving customer service and passenger experience. Coordinate with different departments for smooth passenger facilitation. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives. Promote efficient communication between passengers and railway staff.
