Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Relevant MS / MPhil / PhD or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized University/Institution. Qualification must strictly meet applicable HEC and relevant professional/regulatory body criteria
Key Competencies Required
- Academic Expertise: Strong knowledge and mastery in the relevant specialized discipline (Engineering, Computing, Allied Health, or Management Sciences). Pedagogical & Teaching Skills: Ability to effectively deliver lectures, design course content, and assess student performance according to HEC standards. Regulatory & Professional Standard Alignment: Understanding of course requirements prescribed by HEC and relevant professional accreditation/regulatory bodies. Communication & Engagement: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
