What We Offer

Additional Details
The Institute of Humanities and Arts at KFUEIT is seeking qualified academic researchers for an HEC-funded initiative titled "Ethical Framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Pakistan an Islamic and Moral Perspective". Selected researchers will work directly under the guidance of the Principal Investigator, Dr. Majid Rashid.
Key tasks include:
Conducting qualitative and analytical research on artificial intelligence ethics within Islamic and moral frameworks.
Assisting the Principal Investigator in drafting literature reviews, project milestones, and analytical framework reports.
Maintaining project data, compiling survey results, and organizing academic documentation.
Meeting project deadlines and achieving performance indicators established by the Principal Investigator.
Vacant Positions, Education, & Salary Package
1. PhD Student (01 Position)
Required Qualification: Must be currently enrolled in a PhD program in Islamic Studies, Artificial Intelligence, English, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 80,000/- per month.
2. MS / MPhil Student (01 Position)
Required Qualification: Must be currently enrolled in an MS/MPhil program in Islamic Studies, English, Artificial Intelligence, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 40,000/- per month.
3. BS Student (01 Position)
Required Qualification: Must be currently enrolled in a BS program in Islamic Studies, Artificial Intelligence, English, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Experience Requirements
Active enrollment in an accredited degree program matching the specified fields (BS, MS/MPhil, or PhD level).
Sound knowledge of academic research methodologies, report writing, and ethical AI concepts.
Proficiency in technical and academic English or Islamic research literature.
