Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another Business-related field from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Additional professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM may be advantageous.
Experience Profile
Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Financial Institutions (FI) segments. Candidates should have strong experience in: Business development Transaction management Credit analysis and structuring Financial Institutions business Stakeholder engagement Relationship management Trade finance and international trade Export-oriented financing ECA-supported transactions Export Credit Insurance

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading regional teams and achieving business targets in line with Pak EXIM’s mandate.
Major responsibilities include:
Managing and growing Corporate, Commercial, SME, and FI client portfolios.
Identifying new market opportunities through research and analysis.
Promoting Pak EXIM’s credit insurance, guarantees, lending products, and export finance schemes.
Developing new business and strengthening corporate and FI relationships.
Leading due diligence, risk assessments, financial modelling, and trade finance structuring.
Building relationships with trade bodies, exporters’ associations, and chambers.
Supporting product and credit decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.
Developing, mentoring, and coaching regional employees.
Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting strategy formulation and execution.
