Vacancy Announcement: Daanish School Kuri, Islamabad

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for teaching positions at Daanish School Kuri, Islamabad. These roles are on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, which may be extended based on performance. The pay scale is DS-16 with one additional pay allowance.

Available Positions & Specific Requirements

(The age limit for all posts is up to 50 years)

1. Mathematics Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education (Master’s/BS/BA Hons) in Mathematics with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed qualification is an advantage.

2. English Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in English Language/Literature/TEFL/TESL/TESOL with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Sound knowledge of English grammar and composition; excellent written and verbal communication with emphasis on flawless pronunciation; creative writing skills. M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

3. Urdu Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Urdu with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition; excellent writing and verbal communication with flawless pronunciation; mastery of literary genres. M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

4. Chemistry Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

5. Physics Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Physics with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

6. Biology Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Biology/Biological Sciences with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

7. Islamiyat Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Islamiyat/Islamic Studies/Shahadat-ul-Alamia from Wafaq-ul-Madaris/Tanzeem-ul-Madaris with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Courses in Islamiyat and Arabic; good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

8. Social Studies Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in History/Social Studies/Pakistan Studies/International Relations/Political Science with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

9. General Science Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Biology/Physics/Chemistry with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

10. Computer Science Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Computer Sciences/M.Sc Software Engineering/MCS (IT) with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Good English communication skills; M.Ed/B.Ed is an advantage.

11. Fine Arts Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education in Fine Arts with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

13. Montessori Teacher / General Teacher (04 Posts: 02 Male, 02 Female)

• Requirement: 16 years of education with minimum 2nd division or 2.50/4.00 CGPA.

• Skills: Montessori Training Diploma/Certificate; good English communication skills.
