Detailed Departmental Eligibility Criteria

Land Acquisition & Estate Management Department

  • Deputy Director Land Acquisition: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with at least 8 years of experience specifically in land acquisition and estate management.

  • Executive Land Acquisition: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Surveyor: Requires F.A, DAE, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience strictly handling land acquisition matters.

Engineering Department

  • Deputy Director Contract & QS: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience. Must possess adequate knowledge of Engineering Contracts, Management, and Change & Control processes. PEC Registration is mandatory.

  • Deputy Director Site: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience, specifically handling river training works, flood protection works, and infrastructure design. PEC Registration is mandatory.

  • Assistant Director Site: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of site experience in river training works, flood protection works, and infrastructure. PEC Registration is mandatory.

  • Site Engineer: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of relevant site engineering experience. PEC Registration is mandatory.

ICT Department

  • Assistant Director ICT (Database/Apex): Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science paired with an Oracle Certification. Must have 6 years of experience in Oracle Database Management and Oracle Apex Development.

  • Assistant Director ICT (Security/Admin): Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with 6 years of experience focusing on Oracle Database Administration, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Security Protocol Certification.

  • Executive ICT (Software Development): Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 4 years of core experience in software development.

  • Executive ICT (Fintech & Automation): Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with 4 years of experience in Fintech, Digitalization, Automation, and Solution Development.

Commercial & Business Strategy Department

  • Assistant Director Transaction Advisory: Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent degree with 6 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Transaction Advisory, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) / Joint Ventures (JV).
