Punjab Masstransit Authority: Job Posts

The following job posts are based on the announcement from the Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA). All positions are based in Lahore and are offered on a purely contractual basis.

1. Executive Director-II (Operations)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering (16 years of education) with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

  • OR Master’s or M.Phil. in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering (18 years of education) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Mandatory Requirements: Registration with PEC is mandatory. Proven leadership in the execution of large-scale public projects is required.

2. Executive Director (Planning & Development)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Transport Engineering, or Transport Planning (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute with 12 years of relevant experience in Large Scale Infrastructure Projects.

  • OR Master’s or M.Phil. in the same fields (18 years of education) with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Preferences: Strong knowledge of Public Private Partnership Projects, Government planning procedures, and PC-I/PC-II documentation.

3. Director Electrical & Mechanical

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) with 10 years of relevant experience.

  • OR Master’s or M.Phil. in the same fields (18 years of education) with 08 years of experience.

• Mandatory Requirements: Registration with PEC is mandatory. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.

4. Director Procurement

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Procurement, Contract Management, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (16 years of education).

  • Requires 10 years of relevant experience in public/donor-funded procurement and knowledge of PPRA rules and ADB/WB procurement procedures.

5. Deputy Director Contracts Management

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Contract Management, Business, Engineering, or Procurement (16 years of education).

  • Requires 08 years of relevant experience in contract administration on infrastructure projects and knowledge of FIDIC, public sector procurement, and contract law.

6. Assistant Director Electrical & Mechanical

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) with 05 years of relevant experience.

• Mandatory Requirements: Registration with PEC is mandatory.

7. Procurement Assistant

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 25–35 years

• Education & Experience:

  • 4 years Graduation or Masters in Procurement Management, Contract Management, Business Administration, or MBA Supply Chain (16 years of education).

  • Relevant experience will be preferred.
