Available Positions, Eligibility & Quota Breakdowns

1. Assistant Director Air Traffic Control (EG-01)

• No. of Vacancies: 32

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Prescribed Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 16 years of Education from an HEC-recognized university in one of the following disciplines:

    • a) BS in Physics / Mathematics OR

    • b) BS Computer Science / Aviation Management with F.Sc / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) OR

    • c) Bachelors in Engineering.

  • Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA from an HEC-recognized university with an F.Sc / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) having a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent.

• Regional Quota: Merit-02, AJK-01, BAL-02, EX-FATA-01, Punjab-16, Sindh (U)-02, Sindh (R)-04, KPK-04.

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (with age relaxation as per Government rules).

2. Assistant Director Accounts (EG-01)

• No. of Vacancies: 10

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Prescribed Qualification & Experience:

  • CMA passed / CA Finalist (articles completed) / ACCA member / MBA (Finance).

  • Minimum 16 years of Education with a minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent at the Intermediate Level.

  • Sufficient knowledge of computer operations, especially MS Excel.

• Regional Quota: Merit-01, BAL-01, Punjab-05, Sindh (U)-01, Sindh (R)-01, KPK-01.

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (with age relaxation as per Government rules).

3. Assistant Director Airport Services (APS) (EG-01)

• No. of Vacancies: 35

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Prescribed Qualification & Experience:

  • Masters / Graduation Degree (16 years education) in the field of Business Administration / Public Administration / Hospitality / Hotel Management or Aviation Management.

  • Minimum 60% marks or at least 2.6/4 CGPA from a reputable HEC-recognized university.

• Regional Quota: Merit-03, AJK-01, BAL-02, EX-FATA-01, Punjab-17, Sindh (U)-03, Sindh (R)-04, KPK-04.

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (with age relaxation as per Government rules).

Important Terms & Conditions

• Application Timeline: Candidates must apply within twenty (20) days from the date of this advertisement.

• Mandatory Documents: Applicants must upload their CV (with photograph), PDF copies of required certificates/degree, and CNIC during online registration. Incomplete uploads will result in rejection.

• Surety Bond (For ATC only): Selected candidates for the post of Assistant Director ATC will be required to execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000/- (Rupees Two and a Half Million Only) to serve in PAA for a minimum period of ten (10) years.

• Job Location: Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per PAA requirements.
