Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Director Academics (BPS-17)

• Education: Master’s Degree from an HEC recognized institution.

• Experience: At least 5 years of administrative and teaching experience in BPS-16 or equivalent in a University or Education Institution.

• Preferences: Preference will be given to candidates possessing:

  • Experience working in an Academic Branch, Registrar office, or Exam Cell in a University or Education Institution.

  • Good drafting skills.

  • Proficiency in computer handling and MS Office.

2. Private Secretary (BPS-17)

• Education & Experience Options:

  • Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

  • OR B.A. degree with 5 years of experience in BPS-16 as a Personal Assistant (P.A.).

• Technical Skills: Must possess a shorthand speed of 120 wpm and a typing speed of 50 wpm.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Application Fee: A non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1000/- favoring the "Rector, NUML Islamabad" must be attached to the application package.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government Organizations, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel by the due date and submit a recent NOC issued by their employer.

• Document Enlistment: Candidates must explicitly enlist all attached documents on the application form with their signature.
