Key Terms & Conditions
Experience Criteria: For these roles, only relevant experience from a Government organization will be considered.
Junior Clerk Domicile: The positions for Junior Clerk (BPS-11) are strictly reserved for the domicile holders of the specific districts mentioned in the quota allocation.
ETEA Screening Test: Appearance in the test is provisional based on provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later by the appointing authority, and any ineligible candidate will be disqualified at any stage.
NADRA Verification: All candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying. Without this, application submission is not possible.
Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate application forms with separate fees for each post.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
Foreign Degrees: Candidates possessing foreign degrees must provide an equivalent certificate from the HEC.

Register Online: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and complete your profile. Online forms are live from 12th June, 2026.
Generate Deposit Slip: After submitting the online form, print the prescribed online deposit slip containing your token number and personal information.
Deposit Fee: Pay the non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
Keep Your Receipt: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) featuring the bank stamp safe with yourself. Do not send any documents/testimonials to the ETEA office.
Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number slips from the website. Test Date, Time, and Venue will be specified on the slip. No separate physical call letters will be posted.
Important Note: Incomplete applications, applications submitted with fake documents, or forms received after the closing date (30th June, 2026) will be rejected immediately. No TA/DA will be paid for the test or interview.
