Junior SQA Engineer

About the Role:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents

Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts

Perform manual and automated testing (applications, APIs, data pipelines)

Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools

Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle

Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in QA or software testing

Understanding of SDLC and STLC

Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Cypress

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger

Basic knowledge of SQL and databases

Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments
