Important Terms & Application Rules

• Jurisdiction Restriction: Only residents living within the limits of Jhang Canal Division are eligible to apply.

• Selection Policy: Recruitment will be strictly based on merit, test/interview performance, and according to the Government of Punjab S&GAD department notification No. SO(ERB)5-43/2019(WC-DW-Policy) dated 29.01.2021.

• Affidavit: Upon final selection, the candidate must submit a Rs. 100/- stamp paper affidavit stating adherence to government policies.

• Retired Patwari Requirements: Retired Canal Patwaris must attach their Retirement Order and District Accounts Office-issued PPO Number along with their application.

• Termination Clause: These are work-charged slots. The department reserves the right to terminate any worker at any time without notice or assigning a reason. These positions do not confer any right to regular/permanent employment.
