International HR Operations Executive

Herbion is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in core HR operations and a passion for process excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time

• Oversee employee attendance and ensure proper record-keeping

• Handle leave management, including tracking, approvals, and reporting

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant HR operations experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll, Power BI, attendance, and leave management systems

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
