Important Note on Experience: "Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification. Experience as a part-time worker, honorary employee, apprentice, or internee (as part of a study program) will not be considered or counted.

1. Manager (Test Operation) (PPS-09)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 50 Years

• Qualification: Master/Bachelor Degree or equivalent (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University/Institution in any field.

• Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in test administration, coordination, staff training, and conducting mass-scale examinations in public/private sector organizations. Must include 5 years of experience at a managerial level.

• Preferred: Knowledge of all stages of test administration (test center allocation, hiring/training invigilation staff, exam material supply chain, handling unfair means). Experience in computer-based testing at a mass level (10,000+ candidates) is highly advantageous.

2. Deputy Manager (Business Development) (PPS-08)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 45 Years

• Qualification: 16 years degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University in Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent.

• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of experience at a managerial level.

3. Assistant Manager (Test Development / Quality Assurance) (PPS-07)

• Vacancies: 02 | Max Age: 40 Years

• Qualification: 16 years degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University in any field.

• Experience/Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in the public or private education sector. Proficiency in MS-Office is a must.

• Preferred: Preference given to candidates with qualifications in Education (Educational Training, Education Assessment, Testing and Measurement, Education Planning, Educational Evaluation, and Research).

4. Assistant Manager (Finance) (PPS-07)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 40 Years

• Qualification: 16 years degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University in Business Administration (Finance) / Commerce or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable public or private sector organization.

5. Assistant Manager (Administration & Security) (PPS-07)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 40 Years

• Qualification: 16 years degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University in any field.

• Experience/Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private sector education organizations. Proficiency in MS-Office is mandatory.

6. Office Secretary (PPS-06)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 35 Years

• Option A: Master/Bachelor degree (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) with 1 year of experience in a public/private sector organization.

• Option B: Bachelor/Associate degree (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) with 3 years of experience in a public/private sector organization.

• Requirements: Excellent written and communication skills in English, advanced knowledge of computer applications, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.

7. Office Assistant (PPS-05)

• Vacancies: 04 | Max Age: 35 Years

• Qualification: Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

• Experience/Skills: 2 years of work experience in a reputable public/private sector organization. Advanced use of MS Office is compulsory.

8. Machine Operators (PPS-04)

• Vacancies: 01 | Max Age: 30 Years

• Option A: 3 years Associate Diploma in Printing Graphics with 5 years of experience in handling printing machines independently (including Heidelberg machines).

• Option B: Matric with 8 years of experience to handle machines independently (including Heidelberg machines).

• Option C: Middle with 10 years of experience operating offset machines independently (including Heidelberg machines).

9. Record Keeper / Record Sorter (PPS-04)

• Vacancies: 02 | Max Age: 30 Years

• Qualification & Experience: Matric with 2 years of relevant experience.

10. Driver (PPS-03)

• Vacancies: 02 | Max Age: 30 Years

• Qualification & Experience: Middle Pass with at least 5 years of driving experience. Must possess a valid HTV License and be well aware of different routes/locations.
