Finance & Accounts Manager

We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You'll manage accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance

- Handle tax matters and coordinate with auditors

- Develop financial controls and provide insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

- ACCA/CA/CMA (partly qualified)

- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5-8 years experience in finance and accounting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
