MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in HR Management, Public/Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.


Professional certifications like SHRM, CHRP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR are preferred.

Minimum 12 years of experience in HR, administration, recruitment, organizational management, policy formulation, and HRMIS. Must include 5 years in an executive role in private/public sector HRM. Experience in Non-Formal Education preferred.

Director Program Outreach & Linkages

40–55 Years

MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, International Development, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.


Certifications in Project Management, Strategic Communication, or Stakeholder Engagement preferred.

Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, donor coordination, outreach programs, and communication strategies. Must include at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management position directly related to outreach or linkages.

Director Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Sciences, Development Studies, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.


Certifications in M&E, Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis, or Business Intelligence preferred.

Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analytics, reporting systems, dashboards, and impact assessment. Must include at least 5 years in a senior management position directly related to M&E and data management.

Director Digital Governance

MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.


Certifications like PMP, CISSP, ITIL, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud preferred.

Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in digital transformation, e-governance, ERP/MIS systems, cybersecurity, and digital platforms. Must include at least 5 years in a senior management position directly related to digital governance and tech-driven delivery.

Deputy Director Digital Governance

Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related HEC-recognized discipline with professional certifications.

Minimum 7 years of overall relevant experience in IT systems, networking, database management, software implementation, and digital governance. Must include at least 3 years in a responsible position directly related to digital governance operations.

Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.

Minimum 2 years of overall relevant experience in monitoring, data collection, MIS operations, reporting, and dashboard management. Must include at least 1 year in an M&E or reporting system role.

M&E Assistants (Female)

Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related HEC-recognized discipline.

Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.


Candidates possessing BBA, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, CA (Inter), CMA (Inter) are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of overall relevant professional experience in accounts, budgeting, audit, reconciliation, and financial management. Must include at least 1 year in a position related to financial reporting or budget management.

Office Assistants

Bachelor's Degree (14/16 years of education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university.


Certification in MS Office, Computer Applications, IT, or Office Management is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of overall relevant professional experience in office management, documentation, correspondence, and computer operations. Must include at least 1 year in office administration or clerical support.

Essential Terms & Conditions

  • ETEA Screening Test: Initial appearance in the ETEA screening test is provisional based on online data. Detailed verification of credentials will be conducted by the appointing authority; matching flaws or ineligibility at any stage leads to disqualification.

  • NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: Before submitting online fees or final profiles, all candidates must generate an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Applications cannot proceed without this verification.

  • Applying for Multiple Posts: Candidates aiming to apply for more than one position must submit completely separate application forms and deposit independent testing fees for each post.

  • Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be evaluated and granted in strict accordance with existing Government Rules.

  • Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government setups must apply through the proper channel (via departmental NOC).

  • Foreign Qualifications: Candidates possessing international degrees must present equivalence certification from the HEC at the time of scrutiny.

How to Apply for This Job

  1. Online Form Access: Registration forms are available online at the official ETEA portal: www.etea.edu.pk from 17th June, 2026.

  2. Generate Deposit Slip: After final online submission, download and print the auto-generated prescribed online deposit slip containing your unique project code and token details.

  3. Deposit Fee: Pay the non-refundable prescribed test fee via the Easypaisa App, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

  4. Save Your Receipt: Keep your stamped original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely. Do not send documents or physical copies to the ETEA office at this stage.

  5. Roll Number Slips & Alerts: ETEA will notify candidates via SMS to download their Roll Number slips from the website. Test updates, dates, times, and venues will be provided exclusively on the slips. No physical letters will be sent by courier.

Important Policy: Incomplete data profiles, late submissions post-deadline, or applications using fake/fabricated documents will be summarily rejected. The closing date for submission is 30th June, 2026. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.
