Raast Payments Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. (RPP), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, is inviting applications for the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Karachi.

Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Karachi

Role Overview:
The CTO will lead the technology vision of RPP by driving enterprise architecture, product development, quality assurance, DevOps automation, infrastructure strategy, and digital payment innovation. The role requires building secure, scalable, and customer-centric payment solutions aligned with SBP regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT strategic and operational planning
• Drive secure digital payment product development
• Oversee enterprise architecture and system scalability
• Manage quality assurance, testing, and release management
• Implement cloud/infrastructure and DevOps strategies
• Supervise vendor management and technology partnerships
• Ensure 24/7 availability of mission-critical systems
• Maintain compliance with SBP policies and international best practices

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
1- 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines from HEC-recognized/local or reputable foreign universities
2- Additional postgraduate qualifications and professional certifications will be preferred
3- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least years in senior leadership roles
4-Experience in financial services, fintech, digital payments, large-scale IT systems, and multi-vendor environments will be preferred

Age Limit:
Maximum 56 years (as on advertisement date)
