Assistant Manager – Operations

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Operations to join a dynamic freight forwarding team and lead operational excellence in import/export logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end import/export shipment operations

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs agents

• Handle key documentation including BL, AWB, customs clearance, and related processes

• Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and operations teams

• Resolve escalations while maintaining high service standards

• Guide and support the junior operations team

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics

• Strong knowledge of sea & air freight procedures

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
