## Vacant Positions

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Communication Lead (PPS-10)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Humanities & Social Sciences group, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing, media, or corporate communications will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communication, media, or public relations.

• Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies, corporate branding, and managing internal/external campaigns.

  • Skilled in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

  • Content creation for websites, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and articles.

  • Proficient with MS Office, content management systems, media monitoring tools, and familiar with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.

2. Drone Operator (PPS-06)

• Education & Training: Diploma or certification in Aviation Electronics, Photography/Videography, Surveying, or a related field.

• Core Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of drone flight operations, navigation, safety procedures, pre-flight checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to operate drones under varied weather conditions and capture high-quality images/videos from aerial perspectives.

  • Capable of conducting aerial surveys, mapping, or required inspections.

  • Proficient in drone control and navigation applications/software.

  • Skilled in post-processing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Familiar with GIS mapping software (ArcGIS, Pix4D, Drone Deploy) if utilized for mapping purposes.
