• Mandatory Service Period: All successfully selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.

• Compensation: A lump-sum monthly package will be offered depending entirely on the candidate's domain skills and relevant professional experience.

• HEC Attestation: Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents, duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), at the time of the interview stage.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates matching the core qualifications will be contacted for subsequent test/interviews.

• Late Applications: Applications received after the due closing date will not be entertained or opened.

• Management Rights: The NDMA management explicitly reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or reject any/all applications without assigning any reason or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
