Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 Years of proven professional experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Preference: Prior marketing experience within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Job Roles & Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive social media strategies to grow digital platforms.
Content Production: Create and publish highly engaging multi-format content, including daily posts, reels, and specialized digital campaigns.
Team Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with internal hospital departments for regular updates, and coordinate with the creative team (graphic designers & videographers) to maintain brand consistency.
Community & Reputation Management: Handle everyday audience engagement, answer online inquiries promptly, and actively manage the hospital's online reputation and feedback.
Analytics & Support: Monitor real-time viral trends, implement fresh ideas, generate transparent monthly performance reports, and support general healthcare marketing initiatives, events, or campaigns.
Required Professional Skills:
Deep expertise in multimedia content creation and core platform management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of digital tools, platform algorithms, and backend web/social analytics.
Exceptional campaign planning, performance tracking, project management, and deadline compliance.
